Dataset with videos Mean Opinion Score (MOS)

Hi all,
I am looking for a publicly available dataset which contains .264 videos with their mean opinion scores.
Any help would be higly appreciated.

There are a couple of databases with .YUV videos produced by decoding H.264 videos at http://live.ece.utexas.edu/research/Quality/index.htm
In particular, I've used the Mobile VQA DB.
There are probably more options at http://stefan.winkler.net/resources.html
Academic research usually works with YUV files as to not introduce decoding errors and maybe as a Matlab restriction (I'm not sure). I prefer to convert to lossless H.264 and analyze by decoding with AviSynth. I've developed a tool for this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/jvqa/. For conversion, I use MeGUI.
