hey guys

why digital camera shoot digital video in PAL or NTSC. why they just shoot in 30 fps withiout any broadcasting standards.. Cause many peoples not going to broadcast it and also not going to watch on TV also..
still they apply these NTSC or PAL.
why they dont give option to shoot direct..

It is the standard. If manufacturers did not follow standards, it would be a nightmare editing and playing back video having differing resolutions and frame rates. Displays are optimized for specific framerates and resolutions, videos not meeting the standard are at risk for judder and blurriness (in the case of being resized to fit the display).

Many cameras have options to shoot in 24fps, 30fps, or 60fps. Lower end cameras don't have selectable framerate.
