Can't dowload anything

i get only a leeching warning even if i'm on your site, Doom.

no download managers, no right click -> save as. It has to be done this way to stop leeching and cut down the bandwith usage

I don't use any dl manager and this right click stuff, but it doesn'T work.

reasons why you can get this: 1) the program sends an empty referer. This could be due to a download manager or you manipulating the browser to stop sending a referer.
2)the link does not originate from *.dom9.org/net

if either of that condition applies you go to the leech page. This ref check has been in use for over 2 weeks which means at least a 100'000 people have been on the server that has it and there have been no complaints whatsoever. The method used is will known and documented and many people have had a look at the script so there's nothing wrong on the server side.

Most download managers will work, because they intercept the referer.
