Returning to Nvidia, what to change

After 10 years with ATI/AMD and DVD/BDRebuilder, I have returned to Intel and Nvidia (6corei7/GTX970). I believe there are some Nvidia specific tweaks, are they worth it, and if so, what are they?

There are no what you call "nvidia specific tweaks", however if you have an Nvidia card you can use something like DGdecNV as a frameserver instead of x264's internal one or ffdshow. That's the only "nvidia specific" thing there is.
