BD Rebuilder and MBAFF

I would like to try and run BDRebuilder on a video file that has MBAFF components to it. See the screenshot for info.

I have only ever used progressive sources before. Is there any trick to encoding this so all is good? Hidden options maybe?

Just let BDRebuilder do it's job with default settings. It handles interlaced stuff (MBAFF) perfectly.
