Adding/changing custom TCs in CCE SP3

Hi all,
In CCE SP3 latest version, I encoded a feature with 12 custom chapter points and everything is fine.
Now, I want to change one of them and move it 3 frames back.

I've been using the bit allocation before for re-encoding segments of an already encoded file but I am not sure how to add/change a custom point. The manual is not very helpful with that.

Anyone has any idea?

You have to do whole new encode. You can't move chapter and use old information file.

what if I re-encode via bit allocation between segments? Could I import a new point between them?
