How to insert Blank frame?

I want to insert about 2 seconds worth of black frames in the middle of my video...

+trim(video,296166,382430)

I want to add about 2 seconds before frame 296166 above

how can i do that please?

Maybe something like this:

video1=[my trimmed first video part]
video2=[my trimmed second video part]
blank=BlankClip(video1, length=int(Framerate(video)*2))
combined=video1 ++ blank ++ video2
return combined
