wma in megui?

is there a way i could use a wma audio encoder in megui? its not in the encoders list... and would it even work with a mkv video file?

WMA-in-Matroska requires the use of the VfW/ACM-compatible mode. AFAIK, MKVmerge does not support it, but Gabest's DirectShow Matroska muxer does. Probably/possibly Haali's dsmux and ffmpeg support it as well, but I haven't ever tested them.
