How to put in (install) VobSub plugin - to add subtitles in x64 Win ?

is there any solution to Win 10 (x64) ?

Download VSFilter.dll
Rename it VSFilter.vdf
Place VSFilter.vdf in the VirtualDub plugin directory


Alternatively you can use VSFilter.dll as an Avisynth plugin, and open your avs script in VirtualDub.
