Any GUI's that can encode .ismv files?

I've purchased a video file off the new BBC site which is in .ismv container and I was wondering if there is any way to reencode it with x264 so I can watch it on my TV?

I use Staxrip but that just sees the video as a scambled mess!

Ive searched but can hardly find anything on .ismv files.

What can I use to reencode it?

Looks like a flavor of MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14) container, with H.264/AVC video.

Have you tried Avisynth (http://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2/files/AviSynth%202.6/AviSynth%202.6.0/) with the FFMS2 (https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/releases) source filter? If that works, you can use pretty much any x264 or x265 GUI that you like (they all support Avisynth input).

Otherwise, you can try with FFmpeg (http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/) directly - with your preferred FFmpeg GUI, if you don't like the command-line.
