browser for zooming images?

Hi, between Internet Explorer. Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera, all of them in the last version, which you preffer in order to zoom images, mainly in 175%, more or less.

I don't know why anyone would look to a web browser as an epitome of image scaling.

Wouldn't they pass the job through to the OS, anyway?

Yeah, "best" was ugly! But I was almost sleeping, so forgive me. I wondered about upscaling in browsers because I use the Google Chrome, ever in most recent release, for zooming photos I`ve done upscaling on that, using algorithms such nnedi3, spline 144, etc. Zoom is a special area of upscaling, then my question makes sense! The photo visualizer of Windows 7 is terrible for this, and the Photoshop cc 2015`s zoom isn`t good as well. The link you sent to me is about browser resizers, but talks about old versions. Those algorithms are present in new releases?
