MPDN and MadVR can both be customized in almost any imaginable way for whatever your idea of "quality" is. There is no legitimate way to quantify the quality of upscaling, so many people prefer different ways, and both otherwise perform dithering and color mixing just fine. All this thread is likely to do is generate flamewars and lots of me-toos, so I'm closing it.
