Dolby Atmos from PC to Reciever

Hi. What software would you recommend to play Dolby Atmos movies with PC and send the content from PC to reciever via HDMI?

I have read from Dolby Atmos official website that you "must set bitstream out" for Dolby Atmos to properly work but they refer that to Bluray player settings. Im using PC.

I just got my Onkyo HT-S9400THX speaker system and Im going to set it up tomorrow and I just want my PC to be ready before that...

All you need is software that will bitstream Dolby TrueHD, which is the codec where the Dolby Atmos track is embedded.

LAV Filters (particularly, LAV Audio), offers this option.
