[madvr] constant dropped frames on exclusive mode on win7/10, fine on win8 [solved]

Hi!, i created this post to ask for help to point out what is causing this issue.

Problem: when playing 60fps content on exclusive mode, i get constant frame drops (each second), and noticeable visual stutter. Also repeated frame counter goes up.

Tried:
-different madvr versions
-different catalyst versions
-changing settings, even lowest gives drops (http://haruhichan.com/img/KCP/mvrchart.png))
-happens both on windows 7 and windows 10
-happens both on MPC and Potplayer.


works fine:
-on windows 8.1 (works fine up to high i believe, (http://haruhichan.com/img/KCP/mvrchart.png)) on any player.
-works fine on windowed mode, any windows version.

PC is an intel 2500k, AMD HD4850.

The upload queue seems to be the first one empty (from top to bottom). Can you confirm that's always the case? In that case it seems that your PCIe bus doesn't transport the frames fast enough to your GPU. Do you use software or DXVA copyback decoding? Try software. If that doesn't help, try updating your mainboard BIOS.

seems like it was all due to f.lux application (http://i.imgur.com/M4MkbUt.png)

After enabling safe mode (http://i.imgur.com/M4MkbUt.png) it worked fine on 7 and 10, it didn't have an impact on win8 on my setup, which sent me off.
