Hi,
I haven't used the DVDR disk but I have used CDR's of princo.
They work good in the beginning but after about a year my PC can't read them anymore so my guess is they suck :D
Maybe the DVDR's are better, I don't know.
It's not really an answer to your question but I hope it helped you.
See ya,

I haven't used DVD-Rs either but I can tell you that their CD-RW really ARE crap. On the second rewriting I could bearly read them with a 40x ASUS CDROM. I think that you should stick with the brands at least until this marcket (DVD-R) evolves (so that even low-price manufacturers could achieve a certain quality). Just my 2 (euro) cents.

On a more positive note, there have been reports that the Princo DVD-RWs are quite nice, even working on some drives which fail to read other DVD-RWs ... this was reported by the author of mpgxmps (if anyone remembers that tool:)).
BTW, are there tools like cdridentifier for CD-Rs to read out the actual manufacturer of a DVD-R/RW etc.?
