A new version of this plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=719889&postcount=28) is posted. The plugin for avisynth2.6 and avisynth+ versions now accept RGB input also. In addition to full frame equalization, windowed equalization and example frame it also accepts tables of either Luma vs population or Luma vs cummulative population.
