Screenshot comparison tool?

I'd like to compare screenshots of the same frame from different video encodes. There are sites like http://screenshotcomparison.com and https://xooyoozoo.github.io/yolo-octo-bugfixes/ that are perfect for this kind of thing.
But I don't want to upload my screenshots to some website, so is there a tool or method to do this offline?

Could you elaborate? I was thinking of a mouse-over change of a single frame, like on screenshotcomparison.com.
I don't know how avspmod could achieve something like that.

To be clear: Merely taking screenshots is not the issue here.

Regarding avspmod, and if you have some experience with avisynth (or, at least, programming in general):
Using Interleave you can combine 2 videos (or still images, loaded with ImageSource) into one, so odd frames will be from the first one and even from the second one. You can then switch between them using Left and Right keys. You can label videos using Subtitle (so you won't need to rememeber which frame is from which video). If videos are not aligned you can trim one video using Trim, if they have different resolution - resize them... and so on. It's a quite powerfull method.

Or, if you already have pictures, just load them into your favourite image viewer and switch between them using Aero peek feature (hover your image viewer in the taskbar, then hover one of the previews).

I totally forgot about Aero Peek, because I always disable it on Windows for performance gain.

Doing it the "hard way" with avisynth is possible, but it's a little too cumbersome for me ;)

But Peek works well for this!

I was playing around with some screen shots the other day and found that the new Photos application in Windows 10 is very fast and if you put your desired photos into the same folder and do a slideshow, pressing the arrow keys made for a good easy comparison tool.

All good ideas. Here's another one - use any image editor with layers. Put image A on layer1, image B on layer2. Toggle layer 2 to flip between them, or you can put layer 2 in Difference mode. If you want you can zoom in on a particular area.
