well, i would use virtual dub, loading the mpg trought avisynt,

but im not expert in Svcd, so maybe someone will have better advices.

Hi,

my Bungee captures SVCD-files. I open them with DVD2AVI, there you have to select *.* to see all files. Then you can open the mpeg file and create your d2v-project. It will give you a mpa audiofile, you can mux it later in your divx-file or convert it to wave with winamp.
