Just wanted to say thank you.
I posted a thread about frame rate increase for my timelapse, and User raffriff42 came up with a wonderful script which worked beautifully.

Here is the final product

Wow, you have some serious equipment. I have always been impressed by timelapse done with motorized camera mounts. It takes the video into a totally new, higher dimension. Nicely done!

Good ol Youtube is fun.
But even converted to 30fps it still looks great.

Youtube doesn't use 40fps? Maybe it's better to convert to 60fps then.

According to this,Recommended upload encoding settings - Frame rate (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en)

Content should be encoded and uploaded in the same frame rate it was recorded.
Common frame rates include: 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60 frames per second (other frame rates are also acceptable).
Interlaced content should be deinterlaced before uploading. For example, 1080i60 content should be deinterlaced to 1080p30, going from 60 interlaced fields per second to 30 progressive frames per second.

"Acceptable," but they will be converted to one of the standard rates (why? maybe to support certain playback devices that require standard frame rates ?)

Well I am sort of a beginner. I just know basic avisynth command. :) Your script really really helped :D. I used the big one in that post :)

I just have a sony A7+Nikon D7000 and tripod. All panning was done "In software" using Panolapse :D. Only one scene uses panning in field. I have an iOptron skytracker, which pans at constant earth rotation speed

Sony A7 + Kit lens(28-70) : Day scenes
Sony A7 + Adapter + Nikon mount Samyang 14mm F2.8 : Milky way
Nikon D7000 + Tokina 11-16 : City scene(night)

For panning I used Panolapse.
One scene (Mount Ushba with racing clouds which race with panning) I used iOptron Skytracker which is an astro mount. Astro mounts compensate for the rotation of the Earth so you can take long exposure shots of deep sky objects.

Yes, 40fps isn't one of their output choices. 60fps, maybe, for the hi-def ones. You can see yourself by right-clicking the video and checking the 'Stats for nerds'.
