vctrans a plugin for transitions

vctrans plugin for transitions in 32 bit and 64 bit versions are now available. The plugin contains over 20 functions. The functions of TransAll plugin for Avisynth were suitably modified, improved upon and some were merged into one. Comments, bug reports are welcome.

BTW, the link for vcmove64 is incorrect, but I was able to get it by manually adding the 64 to the name.
