If i have 192kbps for the main audio, and 32kbps for the commentary track, will the Pioneer DV-434 play it back? is 32kbps too little?

what about subtitles? and how many bits must I dedicate just for Subtitles, does that have to fall in the total: 2723kbps total for the disc?

please help, if you have experience.

thanks

You are talking about SVCD, right? In that case I don't have much experience, but you can check out the vcdhelp compatibility report here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers.php?DVDnameid=290&Search=Search&list=0#comments. Apparently it doesn't support subs but it does support multiple tracks so you should be OK with the commentary. A low bitrate shouldn't be a problem.
