@Watson
chivas ask about encoder not decoder.
@chivas
I don't know if Dolby Media producers suite can encode Atmos.
But the question for me is what sources with 3D audio info can use to encode?

Decoded mono wavs are only surround 2D, the info about floor speakers is ignored, then you can't encode Atmos 3D only standard TrueHD 2D.

I think atmos is 9.1 suround channel. We just demux only 7.1 mono wavs surround channel and lost 2 channel ( heigh channel). But 2 heigh channel are hidden?

Not hidden, the metadata info than construct heigh channels is losed. Is ignored by the decoder.

Dolby Atmos is 7.1.2 or 7.1.4..... And now. We just decode to 7 mono wavs. May be we have to waiting another tools. Thanks

Hi in Germany most of the new BluRay comes without Atmos sound but only with AC3 sound . Is it possible from the English TrueHD and German AC3 to create a German Atmos version ?
Thanks

Yes, if you can record the EN atmos output from your AVR, and then insert some DE into that. But then there's a problem playing it back.
Best to just work with the 2d THD track.

In 2021, the decode > manipulate > encode workflow is still tricky.
If you want the end result of a DE Atmos track, they may be available on official streaming platforms such as Amazon Video & Netflix.
