finding black screen on mkv

Hello, I'm looking for a way to sync an mkv that has various delay inside of it because there are many pause black screen... Is it possible to do that?

Or in Avisynth, using GScript, search for first frame where YPlaneMax is NOT below some value (1st non-black frame).
