Does anyone know the best way to rip 2 sides, single layer DVD disc's ?
I tried to make a DivX of the movie Face/Off. The movie was good but not the sound.

rip the vobs into two seperate directories and then add them all into dvd2avi

As for the AC3s, decode each one in Besweet and don't forget to put the proper delay in the OTA section. That way you can join the two wav files without losing sync in the middle. Once you've done that, you can encode the full wav.

you could also create a list file with the two ac3 filenames, and BeSweet would create one mp3 from those two.
the big advantage in this method is that you won't have a huge intermediate wave file.

what do u mean with "the audio is bad" ?
Currently, I've get 77% of Face:Off in First-Pass, will there be any problems ;), would be good to know!
Here, I've renamed the .vob files of the B-side and put it after the .vob's of side A! Then I've got a nice project with DVD2AVI and also just one single audiofile!
