Progressive Frame Blending?

I have this on the source and its not as noticable until the noise is removed, but even before I run it through DGIndex it has what I think is frame blending or ghosting: http://i.imgur.com/jtCgUwI.png

I'm just wondering what filters/direction to try and go in with this?

I've never used it before, but I'll give it a shot. Is there anything else that needs to be done in conjunction with it?

I'm already at 23fps from using Force Film in DGIndex as the source is progressive.

For one thing, you shouldn't use Force Film.

I think you're wasting your time worrying about it. And you didn't need to upload 215 MB for that. 10 seconds of sample around that 30 second mark would have been plenty.

Force Film it and do whatever you like with the noise and call it done. The blends/ghosts might have been created by the DVD makers by putting on some too-strong DNR. In any event, I don't think it's anything Srestore was designed to deal with. Maybe someone else has a different opinion.

No, it does look like bleed-through. You'd have to modify SRestore to pick this up, and that's going to lead to a lot of false positives. A good spatial denoiser is better. Once ruined, video can rarely be restored well.
