Sorry guys, if this has been done before, but I searched and can't find out.
If I have a pal dvd, and rip it using dvd2svcd, will I be able to watch the resulting disc on any dvd player (i.e. a Pioneer 525 attached to an ntsc tv with no conversion capabilites)? I know I can do this with vcd, but I can't seem to find anything on pal svcds.
