Tried to create image and burn to my Pioneer A03
Got the messagebox:

"dvdrlib"
Status=Check condition
Sense Key = Hardware Error
Additional Sense Code = 8
Additional Sense Code Qualifier = 1

There was a blank DVD-R in the device...

Win XP Pro.
Also installed on this OS is Nero 5.5 (maybe an APSI layer issue?)

Sometimes I get such an error with VOB Instant too, after I deleted a DVD-RW.
I'm using Win2K.
After a Machine-reboot I'm able to burn again.
