View Full Version : Ogg Problems?

Okay. I have been interested in trying the whole Ogg thing, but I seem to be having a few problems. Using OggdropXP (RC1 I think) and Windows XP, my encodes error out at completion. What I mean is that I encode an audio track and when it is 99% complete, Oggdrop pops-up an error and closes.

The strange part is that my .ogg files actually play fine. It seems though that the error comes when Oggdrop is writing the header info because I can't actually do anything with the files except listen to them (ie. Graphedit crashes when I try to mux them with a video stream, etc).

Has anyone else had this problem or am I just special? :)

Have you tried the new version (0.21) of HeadAC3he for your Ogg encoding? It works great and is fast.

@chris25fr

What "good" DLL are you speaking og? The 0.21 package that Doom9 has on the front page has all DLL files within it.

If your looking for the ICL optimized DLL the take a look at D A's home site.
