I've seen that in Infognition's site:
This multiframe approach (Infognition video ssuper resolution) differs significantly from sophisticated image (single frame) upsizing methods which try to synthesize artificial details.
What are this methods?

It attempts to exploit redundant data, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. IIRC the technique is called "cross-posting."

How exactly works the super resolution methods?

Do you know some other good (Or the best) image or video super resolution software?

Have you tested Alien Skin Blow Up 3 or Perfect Resize 9 (Or 9.5)? If yes, what is better?
