understanding camera "av multi" output resolution

Hello,

I hope you can help me understand how to know camera's "av multi" format details (frame-rate/resolution/standard (PAL/NTSC)).
I am using panasonic HC-V100 camera and could not understand from spec what is the frame-rate/resolution/standard (PAL/NTSC).

Please help me understand what is this format whether from spec , or through any other probing method.
