merging a 2 disc blu-ray into 1

Hi guys,

i have Lord of the Rings in extended edition which is on blu-ray. It comes in 2 disc's. I want these to be in 1 file. I have managed this using tsMuxeR and AVCHD to merge the 2 files with subs and keeping the audio in sync. The one problem i have is that i can not keep the hd audio which is very important to me.
So does anyone know how i can merge the 2 disc's into 1 as a blu-ray folder or iso that keeps everything.

I have manged this in tsMuxeR but the audio goes out of sync

If you haven't already you can try multiAVCHD.

Try BD-Rebuilder. You can import the 2 discs and put onto one disc or file. You can re-encode (and compress) Blu-ray compliant or as .mkv, even adding a simple menu for the titles.
