BD-RBV05005 Serious Error: x 264-64.exe has stopped working (appcrash)

I request help with this serious error in the encoder x 264-64.exe.

x 264-64 only run a few minutes, and then stops working abruptly giving the famous "appcrash" error.

Issue 1: Likely pirated disc. NO RETAIL DISC uses a disc volume label like
