ECCN for AviSynth

Hello,

AviSynth is a great tool that I would like to use in our company. My company requires the ECCN number to be submitted for export review for each software we use. Can the authors of AviSynth let me know the ECCN number for AviSynth?

I am pretty damn sure Avisynth is not affected by export control restrictions and as such does not have an ECCN number.

It does not come up on the "Bureau of Industry and Security, US Department of Commerce" search page here: http://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/component/search/?searchword=avisynth&searchphrase=all&Itemid=343

Not sure if it could be classed as a (US) Export, where does Avisynth originate, IanB sole developer resides in Australia, sourceforge is in USA,
many other places worldwide to download from.

It does not appear to be on the 'Commerce Control List Index' linked here:- http://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/licensing/commerce-control-list-classification

Microsoft categorizes many of their products as 5D992/5D992.c but MS Movie Maker is not among them. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/exporting/eccn.aspx

Adobe classifies many of its products as 5D992: http://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/compliance/export.html

Could you not just provide a link for your overseas departments to download it themselves.

EDIT: Unclassified number being EAR99.
