How about posting what exactly you're doing or the command line you're using? Your posts are so vague I don't see how you can expect much help.

I don't use command line.I always use GUI to extract and convert audio.Like MeGui,but for THD audio it doesn't support. If you have any information share it.
Thanks

First verify you have eac3to updated to v3.28 in your MeGUI package.
After that go to MeGUI -> Tools -> HD Streams Extractor load your source and extract the AC3 from the THD track.

Why would you want to? Extract the THD and convert it to something better.

And what would work better if he's trying to play it through a Dolby Digital decoder?

AAC
four five
And you can guarantee that every Dolby Digital decoder made can use these? (Because mine can't play either...) And are those formats compatible with DVD? Compatible with Blu-ray? Are they 100% compatible with _EXACTLY_ what the OP is trying to do?
I've never understood the point of people that have to respond to someone's thread by suggesting what they are trying to do is stupid and uneducated... Everytime someone asks about converting to a certain audio format, someone has to jump in and say 'Why would do that? These fourteen formats listed below are SOOOOO much better'. (When, in reality, none of them are 'better', they are all just 'different'.)

Hi guys, sorry for bringing an old post up, I am having a very similar issue, I too have a TrueHD that I extracted from my blu-ray (yes, it is thee truehd and not the combined streams) however everytime I load it into Megui to make to either an AC3 or Flac, it just fails, it NEVER gets to encode.
I've tried every decoding option in the settings but to no avail. I really don't understand, I thought this was something that would've been resolved years ago, isn't Megui not able to handle TrueHD natively or something?
Please let me know! I'm pulling out my lovely grey hairs out of frustration! :(

Both decoders (supposed updated) must support TrueHD, if both fails the .thd is corrupt.
How do you extract the thd from BD?
