FCChandler Quicktime Plugin does not open ProRes MOV

I tried the quicktime Plugin 2.6 of fccHandler in order to open Quicktime MOV's in Virtual Dub. When I try to open a ProRes Mov I receive a black Screen with the message: MISSING CODEC (APCN).

Opens fine here with the FFMpeg plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/virtualdubffmpeginputplugin/?source=typ_redirect
Load the FFMpeg plugin at input stage.
click -> "ask for extented options after this dialog" at input stage.
And you are done.
Tested on YUV422 file ProRes mov.
Dont know about YUV444. No sample available at this time.
Yeah, the quicktime plugin should be updated.
