Megui - file size dropdown

When I hit "Autoencode" in MeGUI, in the dialog box there is a dropdown list for file size. It includes entries such as:
1/4 CD (175MB)
1/2 CD (350MB)
...etc.
It this an editable list? Can I edit or add entries for a few sizes that I use on a regular basis, rather than having to go to the "Select size" box?

Yes.
Options - Settings - Modify custom file size values.

The closest I can see is
Options / settings / Extra config / configure Autoencode defaults
This lets me set ONE default size, but no more.
I'm running v0.3.5.0 if that matters.

I don't know about anyone else, but my memory isn't that good. At a guess, I think you're using a version of MeGUI that's about four and a half years old. It's probably time to update. MeGUI (and some of the tools it uses) have changed a bit since then.

I'll try the upgrade. Problem is that I don't know MeGUI enough to fix most of the problems I have, so once I get it running properly, I step away gingerly and hope that nothing goes awry. Thanks for the help.

Chances are if you're having problems, it's due to using such an old version. ;)

I'm not having any problems. I was just curious if a specific feature was available. I can definitely live without it.

There's no installer these days so you should be able to download the latest version and unzip it somewhere and it won't interfere with the old one. Assuming you'd like to check it out.
I can't think of lots of changes since 0.3.5 off the top of my head, but the list would probably include the aspect error calculator in the script creator, the ability to resize "up" (although that's disabled by default for reasons I'll never understand), not being stuck at mod16 resizing, x265 encoding, lots of OneClick encoder improvements (apparently, I don't use it myself) a couple of new AAC encoders, the addition of L-Smash indexing.....
