I am searching for a good codec, with reasonable filesize which runs for Encoding in Vdub and for Decoding ion Mac's?
I worked with BMD Codec, but they produce too large files. I have tried with Cineform, but I have problems with quality.
What is more around which works?

for high quality, 422, intraframe with high mac and pc compatibility I would use prores/MOV
vdub can do it with ffmpeg using the external encoder feature

this would be my dream codec:-) ….but I do not understand how to use it on a Win PC. I have seen, that the "DNxHD and ProRes codec" of miraizon is not anymore available. So how will it work on a win pc?

You encode it with ffmpeg. Vdub has an "external encoder feature" that can use other binaries. You're not limited to "AVI" or VFW anymore. Use [search] there are step by step guides on the vdub forum and various other forums
All windows pro NLE's can handle prores . Quicktime for windows has prores decoder. All open source players, VLC, MPlayer, all their derivatives can decode Prores
But the ffmpeg version of prores isn't Apple certified. It will work on Mac software like FCP/FCPX , but some programs like Resolve doesn't like it. (For the record, Miriazon isn't Apple certified either)

thanks @poisondeathray - I use Prores all the time and feed files to VDub /Avisynth but only decode. At the end I always have an AVI, It would be great to have a MOV (ProRes).
I will search again after this method of ffmpeg encoding ...

I have set up ffmpeg as an external encoder for ProRes and it works great.
Now I am searching for a good VDPROF File in order to get high quality Mpeg2 / AC3 for DVD (via ffmpeg)

Honestly, it's not possible to get good MPEG2 for DVD encoding out of ffmpeg
You're better off using a lossless intermediate and hcenc

that's what I am doin' since ever. I render a good master and then I encode in Adobe Media Encoder or in Compressor (Mac). But now , I would prefer to abandon this workflow.
It tried with hcGUI Version, loaded an avs, I can see the preview, but the encode process crashes immediately on my WIN8-64bit System, as soon as I press the encode button.
When I envoke the command line hcenc, then it works.
I would rather prefer the Gui Version, but where is my mistake, that it crashes?
