I have been using handbrake for a while now and thought I was using lossless by setting CQ to 0 but just recently found out I had to set H.264 profile to auto and now I have a lossless file I guess. Problem is I can't play it in windows media player and Premiere Pro can't open it. No problem with CQ of 0 but leaving the H.264 profile at Main which isn't lossless then. Any help on how to use the lossless file?
Note intermediate file and terabytes of space no no concerns with wasting temporary space. :)
