I am writing my own MKV to MP4 muxer, and I have for the most part a good understanding of the two formats. However, one thing I am unclear on is how to get decode and composition timecodes (in the stts and ctts boxes) for MP4. It appears that the timecodes in MKV Blocks/SimpleBlocks represent the composition time, but I am unsure how to obtain the decode time. Is it somehow implied by the ordering of the frames?
