I had to reinstall rebuilder 1.28.2 and Procoder V3 on a new HD. My problem is once I complete the Prepare and begin the Encode it launches Procoder and displays a box with the heading of Grass Valley ProCoder 3 and inside the box it displays Error in command line. -ecl. I haven't the slightest clue how to resolve my issue. I have attempted to reinstall rebuilder and procoder several times with no change. Running on Win7 64 OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
