Hi all,
Stopping by briefly, trying to finish a project for a friend before my house-move *really* kicks into high gear...
I'm trying to clean up some old film-capture, which has quite a lot of vertical scratches in various places. I see the DeScratch filter, but it's designed for 2.5 and I've been using 2.6
I guess my "dumb"questions are:
1) Is there a 2.6 version anywhere?
2) Are different versions always required for 2.5x vs 2.6?
3) Is it a mistake to use 2.6? I see some seem to be still standardized on 2.58?
Thanks!
Pete
PS I was able to finish my smarter 2:1 decimater, at least enough to process one serious project. In spare moments I am cleaning up the code and documenting, at which point I will share it. It is NOT fast, but sure seems to work well. Thanks to all who helped! (If someone is desperate for such a solution before I get it cleaned up, please send me a PM and I'll try to find a few more Round Tuits to get it to you... ;) )
