Hi all, been a while since I used BDRebuilder. How does it handle 3D discs? Does it fully support them? Does it allow full disc, quick play and movie only options? Anything to keep in mind? Many thanks!

Yes it fully supports 3D discs, full and movie-only backups. The only thing to keep in mind is whether your processor is supported for hardware decoding/encoding, and whether it does it without issues. I've seen mixed reports. BD-RB defaults to software encoding (because that will work for all processors).

My processors are AMD, so I have to use software encoding. I'll let someone else comment on which Intel processors are supported well for the hardware setting.

Thanks! I have an Intel Core i7 4790K Quad Core so if somebody knows, feel free to comment before I experiment. Is there a switch or option to enable hardware?

Also, is there any issues where discs have 2D + 3D versions? Are they identifiable in movie only/quick play?

From HIDDENOPTS.TXT:FRIM_SW_DECODE=n n = 0/1 - if set to 1 (default), FRIMDecode uses software decoding, 0 uses automatic detection
FRIM_SW_ENCODE=n n = 0/1 - if set to 1 (default), FRIMEncode uses software encoding, 0 uses automatic detectionYou can experiment with them.

I don't know of any issues with 2D + 3D versions. A 3D selection with have "3D" identified in the stream list.
