I was just on the DvdFab home page and noticed Passkey, I have had DvdFab almost from the beginning but never paid attention to their other products, this program is supposed to decrypt in the background according to the description, has anyone used it feel its on a par with the likes of AnyDvd, which I alredy have, just curious. T.I.A.

I use DVDFab Passkey myself, it works well. Although some of the newest Blu-ray disc titles may take a little longer to be added to it's decryption data-base.

Cheers

CheersThanks for the reply. Have you ever used AnyDvd? Just wondering how you would compare them

I have read on theur German website (http://de.dvdfab.cn/passkey-lite.htm) that DVDfab PassKey Lite cannot decode ALL protections. IIRC, in the past PassKey (Lite) could to all (then current) protections, being a sort of DVDfab for free but without extras (like encoding to MP4 and stuff).

Is my memory faulty, or did they indeed downgraded it?

Well, I never used any of DVDfab, as I could do all my DVDs (including Sony, Disney etc) with freeware and a bit of manual work.
