I move my DVD collection to a NAS.
Most of the time I only take the main movie. Simple.

There are a few DVDs, where I want to keep the menu.
I would like to remove unwanted material before the DVD menu, not just skip it.

Is that possible?

I found Jeanl's Guides for PgcEdit (http://jean.laroche.free.fr/SkippingStuff0.4.3.1/index.html)to skip annoying stuff with PgcEdit.

I would like to remove it, though.
Is there guide to do that?

Thanks.

Try VOBBLANKER or DVD Rebuilder.

You can use PgcEdit to kill the playback of a PGC as explained in that guide, then run the DVD structure through VobBlanker without really doing anything (just select "Proc. All") and maybe untick the remove PUOs options. VobBlanker will physically delete every Cell that is not called anymore.

You can use dvdremake http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremake/

in this apps you can hide (delete) any add, intro , warnings etc., also convert to still. after that you can also disable items from dvd menu.

if you don't need a dvd structure nor dvd menu a good option is to convert it to mkv container with chapters and subs. the mkv is more handy this days. you can use for example a free apps called makemkv.
