how the fuck ? [Archive]

i have a dvd and the main movie is on vts_03_xx ok,so when i strip it and ifoedit rewrites the vobs it writes them back as vts_01_xx but i want to keep all the extras as well but they are on vts_01_xx so any way around this ?

please help,every dvd i try do do gives me probs :(

Well... the language tends to get peoples attention but I would suggest a more subtle approach in future -

Hint - dont have the make new Video_TS and IFO checked....just the one above...

ok sorry about the language but im getting really p***ed off with this dvd stuff now :(
so u say not to check that but if i dont it will not make a new ifo file with all the stripped audio etc ?

just have the "Adjust IFO tables with new VOB info" checked should solve your problem.

let ifoedit make the new vob's in a different directory.
then rename those vob's from vts_01_x.vob to vts_03_x.vob.
then move those renamed files back to your original directory.

open the video_ts.ifo file, get vts sectors, quit.
