What processors support hardware acceleration of 4k video?

does this processors support it?

Core i5 4200U
Core i7 4550U

sorry, I don't really get what you're saying because the title suggests you wanted to know hardware acceleration of GPU
and core i5 4200u and core i7 4550u are CPUs

This processors have integrated inside the gpu:

Intel® HD Graphics 4400
Intel® HD graphics 5000

I want know that if this gpu are compatible with 4K and I want know that if gpu can accelerate video playing in 4K (H.265).

there're very few 4k hevc videos now
I don't think there would be any common gpu that is capable of this yet
maybe 2 or 3 years later, when 4k video and hevc are popular among regular users
there will be hardware solution(s) for 4k hevc videos

I think you are right. Today hardware solutions are very complitated. Better wait 2-3 years. So I will buy only core i3-4130T for my media center. With this It's ok I think.
