What is your favourite H.264 encoder GUI? What is more fast? With CPU or GPU? (NVENC)

I have FX-8350 and a nvidia card with NVENC. What is your favourite encoder software using CPU and GPU/nVidia?

1) best quality.
2) best velocity.

x264 offers better quality than hardware encoders even at faster preset. All guis use x264 as avc encoder so they are equally fast. It is just a matter of quality preset used by user.

I need encode in batch mode! I need also the option for encode with QuickSync and NVENC (both).

Is there any encoder with NVENC? With QuickSync I know Nero recode but I don't know nothing encoder for NVENC. Any alternative more for QuickSync? Is not matter that if is free or not. But if it's free is better always :)

Basically asking about NVENC.

You could always try the --opencl switch in x264.
Not supported in 10bit encoding, however.

It's still experimental so ymmv. But, you can always give that a shot and do some test encodes to see if there's any difference.

I personally don't like GUI's or AIO or frontends so much.
I'll use AvsPmod to do my avs scripting and then just a batch script to do my conversion.

MeGUI can be nifty in that offers several indexing options.
FFMS2 and DGIndex are both free.
DGdecNV requires $15 donation.
Any of them will index your video accurately. FFMS2 and DGdecNV are both updated while the free version to DGIndex has ceased further development.
There's also DGdecIntel (or something similarily named), but that's still in early development and somewhat slow on production (largely little feedback as well).

thank you for the information but I'm not a advanced user. I'm searching anything similar to handbrake or nero recode. With a graphical simple and easy interface. Not command line.

Do you know that if handbrake can encode in batch mode?

Personally i use Handbrake. It does QuickSync, x264 and x265 encoding. I once used Mediacoder for CUDA h264 but was never happy with the quality. Its also free but crippled, 20 encodes in batch, functions disabled etc.

And yes, Handbrake can do batch encodes.
