I'm using Avisynth 2.6 MT build from this batch (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1677076#post1677076)

It works ok with AvsPmod, VirtualDub and MPC-HC. But megui is throwing me "There is no function named SetMTMode" error.

I don't choose "Always use the included Avisynth".
I don't understand why megui is giving me this error.

Any ideas?

If there's an avisynth.dll in the same folder as MeGUI, and it's the wrong version, you'll get that error. Alternately, you might also have a 64-bit version instead and MeGUI is using that instead. You can test the 64-bit version of virtualdub to see if that's the case. (VeeDub64.exe)
