what are they used for?

I have just checked my BDREBUILDER.INI file and found 3 options I do not really know what they are used for after reading the changes.txt file. The options with their default values as follows:

DECODER=0
DGDECIM=0
UNMASK_CHAPTER=1

Any help would be appreciated regarding the function of them.

DECODER --- set up menu --- DirectShow, LAVF, DGDecNV, etc
DGDECIM --- DGDecNV equivalent for Intel, I believe
