Hello,
is it possible to force MakeMKV by conversion profile to output always 24bit when converting from DTS to LPCM?
If so, how does it work?
Many thanks

Is there any particular reason why do you want to do this?
What type of DTS audio are you referring to?

I have read in the eac3to-thread that lossy DTS has no real bit depth and you should therefore always decode to 24bit for best quality.
Sorry for my modest English :-)

Why do you want to save lossy DTS to lossless PCM?
If your DTS sources have 6 channels, the file size of the 6 channel PCM encode could be huge, even at 48.0Hz@16-bit

I check the solution propossed in http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?p=35887#p35887 and don't work for me.
By the moment use the copy stream option and use eac3to.
